Personalized Care Plan
After every visit, members will receive a personalized care plan from their MFM that serves as a roadmap for their pregnancy. Care plans cover the member's current condition, physician recommendations to mitigate risks, and how we feel this pregnancy will differ from a routine pregnancy based off of evidence-based guidelines.
